According to The Shenzhen Industry and Information Technology Bureau's Selection Method for ‘Professional, Refinement, Specialization, Novelty’ SMEs (Shengong Xingui [2020] No. 12). 
After voluntary declaration by enterprises, evaluation by third-party institutions, soliciting opinions from relevant departments and comprehensive evaluation, the list of 2,928 ‘Professional, Refinement, Specialization, Novelty’ SMEs in Shenzhen in 2021 is now announced. 
Announcement date: June 15, 2022, to June 21, 2022.

If any unit or individual has any objection to the published list of enterprises, please report it to us in writing (indicate the mailing address and contact information) within 5 working days from the date of publication. If the unit raises an objection, the official seal of the unit shall be affixed to the objection document; If an individual raises an objection, he shall sign his real name on the objection document (the name cannot be printed), and our bureau will keep the identity of the objector and the information reflected confidential. In order to ensure objectivity, fairness, and fairness in the handling of objections, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, our bureau will not accept any anonymous objection.
